Directions to the Store

From the West (I-40) or South (I-26): As you near Asheville take, I-240 into town and exit at 4C. At the top of the ramp turn LEFT onto Haywood Street. About a block later you will pass a large church on the left, veer to the right then pass the Civic Center and Pack Memorial Library. Malaprop's is #55 on the left at the next corner (Haywood & Walnut).

From the North (Hwy 19,23,70): As you near Asheville follow signs for I-240 East. Merge immediately into the right lane on I- 240 and exit at 4C.LEFT onto Haywood Street. About a block later you will pass a large church on the left, veer to the right then pass the Civic Center and Pack Memorial Library. Malaprop's is #55 on the left at the next corner (Haywood & Walnut).

Parking! Street parking meters require payment Monday through Saturday. If you cannot find a place to park on the street at a parking meter, park in the Rankin Avenue Parking Deck behind Malaprop's or in one of the other City Decks. Do not park in any of the open air lots around town. They are usually reserved monthly and your vehicle will be towed if you do not have a pass. We can usually supply a coupon for one free hour in the parking deck with a purchase.
